Enrollment
Please follow the guidelines below to enroll your child in one of our programs. For classrooms and social groups, children are not placed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rather, we review the profile of each child and form groups based on similarities in age and skill-level. ABA Therapy is based on availability and scheduling constraints.
1. Fill Out the Online Form
If there are sections of the application that you are unsure of, leave them blank, and we will review those in person or over the phone.
2. Conduct an Intake Meeting
We will contact you once we receive your application to schedule an initial intake meeting to assess your child. There is no fee for this meeting. After we all agree that your child would benefit from our services, we will conduct a more thorough evaluation. These Full Evaluations are conducted by one of our ABA Consultants and typically take 1.5–2 hours; Full Evaluations are charged at our hourly rate. We prefer that parents do not stay for this evaluation. Children behave differently when their parents are present, and it's important to get an accurate assessment during this session.
