Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Elizabeth Mishler (Steege) is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a master's in Behavior Disorders/Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University. She has been working in private practice with children with communication and social disorders (including autism spectrum disorder) for the past twelve years in New York, London, Boston, and Portland. In 1998 she received the Margaret Bauman Award for Excellence in Serving the Autism Community.
Emily Hoyt is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in Vancouver, Washington. In 2003 she received a Masters Degree in Behavior Disorders and Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University in New York. She has worked with children on the autism spectrum in schools and home-based settings since 1998.
Classroom Teacher
Jennifer Jones, Social Skills Group Leader/Parent Trainer/Classroom Teacher Jennifer has been working with children with autism and related disorders for the past ten years. Currently, she is our group leader, responsible for adapting and implementing our social skills curriculum. As parent trainer, she meets regularly with parents in the home, providing games and activities that promote positive social interactions.
Sara Gerlt, Jennifer Smith, Ethan Hoyt, Meredith Vorhees, Niquelle Reyes, Tasha Carney, Amy Swanson, and Jenni Bradley are highly skilled therapists with several years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum. They provide individual therapy, assist with social skills groups and shadow children in the regular education environment.
